Akita dog is one the royal breed, Akita is a very good guard dog
and he is very protective about his family. The best suitable environment for
Akita is polar environment of Japan. In fact it is believed that in Japan when
someone is sick or expecting a small statue of Akita is given to bring in
wealth and luck into the family.
